Technical Sales Manager

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a technical background and a knack for building robust client relationships? Mobitron AB, a leading family-owned company at the forefront of innovative data logging solutions, is seeking a proactive Technical Sales Manager to spearhead our global sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new customer opportunities through strategic market analysis.
  • Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, focusing on technical sales across our diverse product range.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

 

As Mobitron Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing your budget to maximize sales performance in your designated area. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and presenting strategies to management to enhance our presence across diverse markets and sales channels. Your input will also be pivotal in shaping strategic decisions that drive company growth and facilitate ongoing product development initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Independently plan travel days and adapt to meet client needs.

Training and Development:

  • Receive comprehensive technical product training at Mobitron to thoroughly understand our offerings.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferably, a technical background in electronics.
  • Strong proficiency in Swedish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Ability to strategize and execute effective sales plans.
  • Results-oriented with an evident technical acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
