TruckFleet Management System

This is how it works!

With a collision sensor installed onto your vehicle/truck, collision forces are recorded in three different directions, X-Y-Z. When your vehicle is subjected to a knock or collision that exceeds the alarm level you have chosen to use, an alarm is sent to those responsible within your company. As well as the collision sensor, you can also choose to equip your vehicle/truck with an integrated GPS, allowing you to locate the exact position in which an incident has occurred. A card or RFID reader can also be installed, allowing for a personal login with integrated measurement of the operating hours, as well as a function that ensures that the “daily inspection” step is adhered to. Furthermore, warning signals in the form of audible or light signals can be used, and as they are linked to the personal login, drivers will be immediately notified when the alarm level has been exceeded. Whatever your needs, our system is designed to be used independently, and for this reason, it is easy to install on already existing vehicles. Should you update or change model, you can easily move the system to your new vehicle.

Web-based cloud service, Cargolog Online

With a collision sensor and personal login installed onto your vehicles, together with our cloud service, Cargolog Online, you will obtain a Fleet Management System that provides you with relevant statistics concerning all of your vehicles. Such information is easily accessible in one place, with easy administration and access to information all day round. Wherever you and your vehicles are located, you can easily track any incidents and collisions that occur. You will receive information about the vehicle involved, including the time the collision occurred, the driver concerned, and the forces caused by the incident. With this information, you can also analyse costs, optimise the operating hours, plan maintenance and much more.

Manufacturing Industry / Industry

According to the Swedish Work Environment Authority, the manufacturing industry is the industry that is involved in the most in truck accidents. The employer is responsible for the working environment and for this reason, must take the measures and precautions needed to prevent illness and accidents. As a result, performing a risk analysis before any incidents occur is extremely important. With the Cargolog Vehicle Safety System, you can simplify your work environment management. Read more>>>

Accessories / For collision sensor

NEW – GPS positioning

To simplify your workload and to create crucial risk analyses, your collision sensor can also be equipped with an integrated GPS, helping to locate where most of the collisions and incidents occur at your facility. In doing so, you can take measures to prevent accidents in the future. More>>

NEW – Warning Signal

When your vehicle is equipped with a collision sensor and personal login, you can also connect a warning signal in the form of an audible or light signal. This will automatically alert the relevant individual of a collision, as well as warning drivers when a truck is damaged or effects the safety in your facility. More>>

Personal login

With a card or RFID reader installed and connected to the collision sensor, you can restrict the use of your trucks. Only the drivers who have the right training and driving license have the authority to start your vehicle. The card or RFID reader also has integrated recording of the operating hours and a function to ensure that the “daily inspection” step is undertaken. More>>
